1. Order the interpreter well ahead.
2. Provide the interpreter with documents that are related to the subject of the interpreting so that he/she can prepare for the interpreting event.
3. State particularly the following details into your order (inquiry):
   • language combination required
   • nature of event
   • type of interpreting required
   • date of interpreting
   • place of interpreting
   • field and subject of interpreting
   • other specific requirements
   • transportation or accommodation and board arrangements, as applicable
   • name and telephone number of the contact person.
